A.T. Burney, former Contract Compliance Manager at the Illinois Central Railroad, has eleven years of experience in contract management for the freight rail industry and over three years of experience managing freight operations. A.T. has delivered consulting assignments and research projects in Transportation Planning for Florida State University.

A.T. received her undergraduate degree in Information Studies from Florida State University (FSU), Tallahassee, FL, master’s degree in Business & Industry from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University (FAMU), Tallahassee, FL, USA. She also worked on a master’s degree of Urban & Regional Planning; concentration Transportation planning, Florida State University (FSU), Tallahassee, FL, USA. A.T.’s railroad training was conducted at National Academy Railroad Science (NARS), Johnson County Community College (JCCC & BNSF), Overland Park, KS, USA.

Your registration may be transferred to a member of your organization up to 24 hours in advance of the event. Cancellations must be received on or before May 03, 2024 in order to be refunded and will be subject to a US $195.00 processing fee per registrant. No refunds will be made after this date. Cancellations received after this date will create a credit of the tuition (less processing fee) good toward any other EUCI event. This credit will be good for six months from the cancellation date. In the event of non-attendance, all registration fees will be forfeited. In case of conference cancellation, EUCIs liability is limited to refund of the event registration fee only.
