Smarter Grid Asset Economics for Resilient Infrastructure Performance
August 31, 2022 | Online ::
Grid infrastructure takes investment – assets do not stay the same as they age. Do you have a long-term financial plan for managing your grid infrastructure assets? Underinvestment in the short term can carry hidden costs and can become even more costly in the future.
When dealing with grid infrastructure, asset owners can either engage in life-extension activities to maximize and improve current assets and levelize their capital investment, or they can focus on maintenance or wholesale replacement, which can be sporadic, and is becoming less and less feasible in today’s climate.
As availability for grid infrastructure asset replacements dwindles, alternative models are becoming more and more relevant. Will your current plan be able to handle the evolution of the market?
Join us for a webinar to discuss different financial approaches to infrastructure asset management, and their long term impacts on your budgets along with the health and resiliency of your infrastructure. We’ll share the industry-leading approaches that some asset owners are currently using to levelize costs, effectively leverage capital investment, minimize expense, and maximize the long-term health, value, and resiliency of their infrastructure.
