Join us for the Leadership Conference for Women in Engineering and Construction, dedicated to empowering female professionals in these traditionally male-dominated industries. According to the United States Department of Labor, despite progress, women still represent only 27% of the engineering and architecture sectors and a mere 10.9% in construction. Furthermore, C-suite positions remain elusive, with only 16% of firms employing women in these roles.
Our mission is clear: To provide a platform for women leaders in engineering and construction to share insights, strategies, and experiences for positive organizational change and personal advancement. Learn from the nation’s most successful women and accredited coaches as they discuss industry trends, leadership tactics, and career development.
