Ohio House votes to kill scandal-tainted nuclear bailout

The Ohio House on Wednesday voted 86-7 to repeal provisions of a law now tainted by scandal that would have financially benefited Akron-based FirstEnergy Corp. as well as two northern Ohio nuclear power plants.
