Laxmi Mrig is the CEO and Co-founder of EUCI. Laxmi has 20 years of experience in the Electric Power System Design and Engineering working on Fossil, Nuclear and Renewable power plants in addition to designing and analyzing transmission lines.
Laxmi has an Exec MBA degree from University of Denver and an MSEE from University of Texas at Arlington. Laxmi has been a senior member of IEEE and a registered PE in Colorado.
Anjali Schulte is a seasoned Chief Operating Officer with over 20 years of experience in the industry. With a proven track record of driving operational excellence and strategic growth, Anjali has successfully led diverse teams and initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency and performance. Her expertise encompasses a wide range of areas, including project management, process optimization, and team development. Anjali is committed to fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, ensuring that her teams are empowered to achieve their best.
Jon has been with EUCI since 2005 and brings decades of experience in IT to the role. Jon has Master’s degrees in Data Warehousing and in Data Analytics and has been writing applications and building websites since 1995.
Keith has been a senior conference producer creating conferences and courses at EUCI since 2012. Prior to EUCI, Keith worked in architecture for 16 years after earning his Bachelor of Architecture degree.
Stephen Coury is Senior Program Director at EUCI, starting at the company in 2007. His programming emphases include renewable energy, storage, wholesale electricity markets and grid planning. Before joining EUCI, he has served as a publishing executive, operated a public affairs organization and spearheaded a real estate investing firm. He earned a B.A. degree in Journalism from Boston University.
Danielle (Dani) began her career with EUCI in 2006 and has a wealth of knowledge in the industries we serve. Previously her background was working with Non-Profit Business Associations on CEU accreditation, membership, and meeting management and marketing. Danielle has a B. S. in Marketing.
As a seasoned Senior Program Director, Dana is dedicated to shaping the future of the energy sector by accelerating diversity, inclusion, and technical excellence. She has been with EUCI since 2019. Previous to her work as a conference producer, Dana was a non-profit executive and radio personality.
Emily Wallace is a skilled event management professional with eight years of experience specializing in both B2B and B2C events across energy, real estate, non-profit, and SaaS industries. She holds a BA in Humanities from Florida State University and excels in crafting impactful, technical events that drive engagement and success.
Taylor Schwartz has been with EUCI since 2019 and brings a background in publishing, marketing, and advertising to her role as a Senior Program Director. Taylor specializes in continuing education courses on the subjects Oil & Gas, Electric Utilities, Environmental Compliance, and Utility Contracting. She has a Bachelors in Communications and a Minor in English from Penn State University.
